Valerie has been in private practice in Austin, Texas since 1999.  She provides individual, couples, family and group therapy in general therapy practice.  Her areas of specialty include coping with infertility and pregnancy loss, marital/couples issues, grief/loss, depression, anxiety and life-stage transitions.  Valerie also supervises colleagues for the acquisition of advanced Social Work licensure.  She lectures and consults on topics related to infertility, pregnancy loss, and rapport building with patients.  Valerie also provides consultation to medical practices on interpersonal, organizational and staffing issues.
